Why are the secrets of Jedi kept within a Crystal? Throughout the EU and the rest of continuity Jedi information was passed along through Holocrons. Now Holocrons do what Force Crystals should do by replenishing force, when if you read the EU at all Jedi hunted out different crystals to increase their force abilities.
Remember, this isn't about the Force or Jedi. The village is just a group of reclusive Force Sensitives that arent necessarily associated with Jedil.
No where in continuity has a Holocron ever given force power. Holocrons provide knowlege of the force. Only those who are force sensitive could decypher them. Crystals such as the kyber crystal were used by Jedi to enhance their force abilities. Even the Emporer himself was known to posess some of these crystals. He did not keep a collection of Holocrons to enhance his abilities. He kept crystals.
If this isn't about Jedi, then why use the terms "Jedi Iniate", "Jedi Padawan", oooh and our favourite being "Jedi Knight". This contradicts the entire idea and storyline of your village. Crystals are items of mass that provide energy or can focus it. Holocrons are ancient forms of storing knowlege. Which makes more sense to have as a quest journal, A rock, or a holographic laptop?
This is only 1 of a many continuity errors. I know its not worth arguing over. But its just nice to point it out at times.

So based on information from the last FF and your response I assume that I've been correct when I said there are no Jedi in thisgame, only Force Sensitives. Can we finally balance the playing field and rename them now?
From last week's FF:
"Others who brought themselves to the Jedi, hoping to be trained or at least given some explanation for these strange gifts that made other people look upon them with fear or trepidation. All of them were turned away for various reasons: political ramifications (one of the villagers has a father in the Imperial Navy), age (many of them were too old to begin the training), aptitude (many did not display the qualities of a Jedi knight), or disinterest from the person themselves."
It also poses the question that if the Villagers did not meet the qualifications to be a Jedi, most notably the age factor...then how do they PC meet the requirements? Unless they're not Jedi. ![]()

I just recently was able to go the the village but I do have some problems with it since I wasnt able to do much holo grinding so I didnt get any free branches. I do think since we put all this effort into becoming force sensitive we should be able to choose which branch in the profession we want to do and not have to unlock on what the npc says to do. I have a combat charecter with no ranged profession yet I still have to do ranged accuracy that wont help me at all.
