I thought the cave was bugged when I did it (last month), but just make sure that NOBODY ELSE is in the cave with you, and if someone does happen to come in, have them run 1000m out. Running 1000m out resets the cave, then only ONE of you go in and get thebomb, then go to the rubble.

Wrong. Even when u are alone in the cave it wont let u place the explosives. Also relogging, going 1k or more away doesnt work to unbug the rock crevice.

Okay, so we know it's bugged and there is no workaround. Everyone needs to submit a ticket in game to flood the Dev's and prompt action.


I have another question though. Since I found the farmer and ran into the bug, when they fix it will I have to waste all the time trying to find him again?

I dont think u will have to find the farmer again.

The mission progress is saved and if u didnt talked to the farmers wife which is impossible atm not even with using unstick to get beyond the bugged rock.

The wife will only talk to u if the rock has gone.

Found the Boar Today - near second wp of Mos Espa Track


Cave is still bugged - we tried everything after talking to moisture farmer - found him - actually he spawned right next to me while walking south of mos taike





A bothans for life not just for christmas....

I have done all i need to become Hero of Tatooine and get the Ring im only waiting for a fix of the Sennex Cave

According to Publish 24 reports, the two Hero of Tatooine Quest bugs have been resolved. The Mark of Intellect will have the correct names of each pirate and the Mark of Altruism will allow you to plant the explosives in the cave.


Now, if I could just find the farmer!!!!

Current status of the quests:


üThe Boar iseasiest to find shortly after server reset.

If you wait too long, you may find that it isn't spawning. Try clearing out lairs in the area.


üThe Bounty Hunter is a matter of checkingcertain fixed spawn points in the NPC cities. Definately the easiest of all the quests.

Start by looking in the smaller NPC cities, as the marksare faster to locate there (closer to the shuttleport).

Try solving the quest using logic, you can always try it again after server reset (or if someone else completes it, forcing a re-spawn).


! The Pirate Leader is typically within 800-1400m of the ranch - Again: Look shortly after server reset.

He will not break aggro when he goes white (bug), so burst-run away until he does, then doubletime back to converse.


üThe Farmer is typically found by travelling between Bestine and Mos Taike - Shortly after server reset.

When you have escorted the wife and kid to the exit of the cave, be careful - they may bounce back some 10-30 meters. This can result in a de-spawn, so don't rush out of the cave. Make sure you stay close to them.
