I have those listed as being reported to be bugged. A few ppl have claimed they are unable to currently recieve these badges even after meeting the requirements. Will update when I recieve more info.

i was able to gain the first 2 eisley badges ( far from new char)but the third IS bugged as it isn't given out atm, I spoke to a CSR that confirmed this and that claimed the dev team are aware of the issue,as the third is bugged it then won'tlead tothe final key to Eisley badge being granted.
so hoping for a fix
Faarsider, you wrote that you've gotten those first 2 Mos Eisley badges.. do you remember exactly at which moment it was that they were awarded? I've gotten to the point where I talk to the Mayor and he then jabbers about the city's history and the Alliance, the Empire and the Hutts, and he sent me to talk to a profession 'expert'... not a trainer, but a Scouting expert, named NPC right nearby the Scout trainer in Mos Eisley, and she's giving me more of those basic "harvest 4 of these, trap 3 of that" missions. Still no badges, and this is after learning about the Tusken Zealot problem. Lemme know, thanks

That is incorrect. I received the badge for killing the N-K Necrosis and I simultaneously received the 100 badge badge. Naturally before killing the Necrosis I received the Kachiro location badge which you get for merely landing on Kash. RotW badges are therefor included in the count.
It appears that, for whatever reason, the current string of bugs are selective as to who they hit. Some people can finish Quest X while others get stuck with a bug or whatever the case may be. I imagine that the badge situation is somewhat similar with the exception of the Pilot badges. Those are being effected by the "no Master Badges while in Respec" issue, to the best of my knowledge.
