About the same timeI started to notice an over abundance of white NPCs spawning in the cites, so I tend to believe it is a bug more than a nerf. I think some the POI rates should have been reduced as hard as they were being looted but, 1 a day is a little too infrequent.

Another funny thing is that Thunderheart or whoever cant make an official post about it on the boards? Why not post something here? COMMUNICATION, isnt that the key to everything?

how is it a bug? tusken observers/executioners only spawn into fort tusken 1 time at server up
the NS that drops the vibro motors only spawns 1 time at server up
these have been going on forever, so now a bug that only affected a few things like this has "spread" to more POI caves/dungeons?
i call BS, i honestly think they started hitting things with the nerf bat here

I contacted a CSR yesterday and was told that the respawn at the poi caves were "working as intended". I seriously hope he had no idea what he was talking about.
