FYI, I went through and verified the resource numbers, everything is all as it should be.
Also, added the siliclastic to the special resources list. Thanks for the heads up on that.
I'm glad everyone is getting good use out of this..

what about capacitors. dont they use the new conductive borcarbitic copper? for the upgrades? didnt see this listed

I know of the new things that was added... but is those parts mentioned on the guide still the same?
