I think there's something else that needs to be mentioned, and if it already has in this thread, my bad (I read the first six posts or so then hit reply).


Exceptional or Legendary weapons with Anti-decay kits that let their owners do like 12k damage per second for the rest of the game's existence...this situation needs addressing soon. I would say let the players have their anti-decay kits back, but don't let those kits be used on exceptiona/legendary weapons



I have a bad feeling about this nerf

The only problem I see with combat locking is that in certain situations (mostly POIs I'd imagine) a speed capped rifleman would be able to lock down entire rooms of spawns before anyone else gets close to them.
