Yep, I got the "You are not authorised to respec" message when I finally decided to use my respec to go from Rifleman to TK (Why use a stupid 'hate' system if riflemen aren't supposed to be tanks, may i ask - I can pull aggro over ANYTHING with my T21). I submitted a ticket and was told that records indicated i'd already used my respec. Umm, exqueeze me?! Was I asleep when I did this? All I know is that STUPID popup just stopped popping up one day, but I know for a die hard bloody fact that I NEVER used my respec.

I've just spent the last few days regrinding to TK. Luckily I got in some really great groups on Dant that helped speed the process along, but it's still annoying that I don't have my respec. If I'd used it, or actively and conciously made the choice to toss it, fair enough: but I didn't.

I really can't be bothered to argue with CS over this because there's really no point. It's like arguing with a fundamentalist, they're devoid of any logic that doesn't go along with their own. Besides, I'd rather try and enjoy the game than spend my playtime submitting tickets to the Customer (dis)Service Retards.

Hey Tiggs! I respec'done of mycharacters from a Bio Engineer/Creature handler to a shipwrite/droid engineer a mere days before we heard about the changes to CH were comming. If had only held out for5 more days I'd still be a BE/CH!

I'm so bummed out and want to go back but really dont want to regrind BE and CH again... what are my chances of getting a respec reversalon this toon?

This happened to me as well because I had a lot of elite points tied up in crafting professions...when you switch to a combat toon, they usually have lots more requirements from novice professions and, while they dont use up your elite respec points. I'm willing to bet that if you look down at your 250 skill points they are at zero even though you have elite respec points left.

Here's another one you can add to your "daily bug report."

My toon Bruusky on Shadowfire tried respecing what few things he had, and I guess I took too long on him, as I got the System Message "Lost Connection to SWG" just as I had finished respec'ing.

When I got back online I no longer was able to respec. It gave me a message in the lower left-hand box when the Respec Screen popped up that I was not able to respec; I could goof around with the stats on this page all I wanted, but nothing would change.

Exasperating to say the least.

I had this exact same problem about a month agowith my MBH Repopo on Tempest Server ... the CSR reply to my ticket (which I still hold) though confusing + poorly worded - IMO,basically told me that nothing could be done to fix my situation.

i was using a macro to help a novice id grind which had the command /ui defult button
the token box poped up and in under half a second it used my respect
i contacted csr and they said they wouldent help
its my second account and has pretty much useless skills now so just gona let the account die kinda sad as it was from hellping someone else that my toon lost out
