Have you heard about this error.... "Your repsec has been rejected by server because it was ill-formed." i missed out a week of respec cause of this, and my token respec.

...more likely missed out on a week of exploiting the conversion process of Jedi skills via /respec.

If they would fix that stupid window popping up 50x + per session it may lesson the occurance of these issues.

I had the same problem, submitted a ticket and the CSR just said:

Hello,

...

You have already used your token respec.

......

I didn't like that ticket at all..... I hated it, and I'm still hating that ticket!!

i had to contact 2 csr's as the first one basically told me it wasn't his problem. the 2nd however verified the problem and corrected it for me. i'm very thankful to them as i had cancelled my acct.

Well I lost my token respec and I never used it. It all began when I sent a ticket asking why I wasn't getting my pilot badge and a csr told me that it was because I still had respec.

Oh well, I thought, I prefer keeping my respec.

But the day after I logged and I had received my pilot badge but my token respec was nowhere to be seen.

I sent another ticket but the answer was that they couldn't help me...

Please under what category did u submit ticket? I used respec issues but as I got the usual "haha couldn't care less about u" answer I'd like to submit a new one.

Hopefully Tiggs will see this as I can confirm another incident of this. A friend of mine had the exact same thing happen. He got it resolved somehow via about 4 in game tickets after finally asking to get a supervisor. I'm not sure if he actually was given the ability to respec again, I just know he said he got it resolved.

Mine came up while I was crafting and I was in the the Enter, Enter, wait... Enter, Enter, Enter mode.

Well, I hit enter three times, (maybe twice, it was a while ago) and the respec window popped up, then I apparently, with the two Enters, said, yes I wanted to do the respec, then confirmed it, and it was gone. Lickety split.

I was very mad for a while, I even sent a ticket to the CSRs (who were their normal helpful selves [sorry we can't do anything]) and then I sent them a second somewhat nasty ticket, which I got the same sort of response to, although more appologetic.

Then my son played his character (which is allowed, read the rules if you disagree) and claimed my two year award (death star), a storm trooper doll, and a rebel carpet.

After hearing the same responses from the CSRs, I was very upset for a while. You'd understand, I hope.

Now, I've gotten a bit zen about the whole thing and let it slide off my back, I mean, what else can you do? Continue to beg for your respec and veteran rewards back? Well, it doesn't work, so I just let it go.

I still love this game, and I decided that I wouldn't let a few million credits worth of vet. rewards and a lost respec ruin it for me. Sigh...

I had the exact same problem the day we were granted the token respec. I made sure everything was correct, got the message that I respec'ed successfully, but my skills did not at all change and I lost the respec. I /bugged it in-game, filled out a CSR ticket (to which the response was an obvious cut and paste saying that they couldn't do anything about issues with respecs)and posted a couple of entries in the daily issues threads related to that publish (publish 18). I also saw postings of this exactissue by other people in those same issues threads. Tiggs, if you really do read those issues threads, you've definitely heard of the issue, you just don't remember. It did seem that this issue was largely ignored back then when it first popped up and people began pointing it out, though.

Happened to me. 4 CSRs said tough luck. I emailed Kyle Vallae who is head of something or other with CSR's and he had my token restored

It just used it changing nothing on my template, sadly CSRs are informed to not help with respec at all.
