...You may not decrypt or modify any data transmitted between client and server...
As long as your modding doesnt screw up anyone elses game, in which case you have probably edited a file transmited between the client and server and thus are in violation (e.g. the famous Dantooine to Tanaab mod which the discoverer wisely did not release it) you should be fine
**edited** some people were getting confused over my example so i just removed it

This is the reason why Legal documents should have English translations.
That line says, and I will make this as clear as possible, data that is processed to go OUT and come IN from an ACTIVE game, (Your location, your present visible inventory, pet activation status) can not be decrypted or modified. This line says NOTHING about client side mods that only show up on the client side.
Bascially, no data mining software is allowed that would, for example, map out your location on a planteary map on another computer. Or, something that decrypts the data and changes, let's say, your credits on the fly, or gives you an item while running the program.
These are in violation of the EULA. Doing a skinning mod (placing a file in your directories) does not violate as it only modifies your local experience. No one else will see this. As for the Palpatine mod, that's not a violation. The only part about extracting a modem from the TRE file is that use of it outside of the scope of the game is a violation of copyright laws. Using that Palpatine model for your R2 is still inside the scope of the game, so it has not violated any intellectual propery laws.
Hope this cleared up some legal misunderstandings.

loading screen music depends on the planet you are traveling to
those names are listed under theme music
it can also be mus_jungle_amb or mus_swamp_amb
"now how do i alter those lame PC musician songs???"

I wonder if there is a command to play music in game so you can test. like...
/play_music mus_theme_naboo
If there is, I guess only DEVs can do it.

great guide! Thanks TakO
