Where did you get this information ? Any idea why they stopped it being made ? A link to a Dev post would be nice before this is dismissed as more forum rumour...
Go look under the Weaponsmith forums
At publish 9, the schematic requires the use of a barrel (loot from the Corvette) to have a serial #. But the loot from the Corvette is coming back with out serial numbers. In otherwords, the schematic cant process the component. We dont need a dev confirmation, just go asked an angry master weaponsmith

My mistake, my T-21 is 5.0 speed and 172-402. I don't know if that is very good. Could you guys please tell me some good stats for a T-21 and a DXR6-B Disruptor Rifle?
My T-21 is 7.6 speed about 525 max damage (good slice), I have good speed attachments so I special every second as I am a MR. My DX is about 423 max damage and the speed is about 5.
The T21 is about as good as you get without a powerup or Krayt enhancement. The DX could be better, I have seen some powerup'd ones at about 750 max damage but these are generally looted.

Ahh the joy of bugs !
a little higher max for laser
dxr6b was 5.6 477 max damage
but I dropped rifles for carbines, much more efficient for PvP IMO, mind damage is what people mostly expect in duels/PvP, so the best fighters are that much prepared that u can't scratch their mind (brandy/canape/buff/muon etc...)

I used to use a T21 with stats roughly like this ..
Speed 7.7
Damage 235-500 (was 188-400 before slice)
HAM - 60-63-95
Range - -50/+21/+10
I got Rifle Abilities 4 at the same time as master rifleman so I had a huge speed increase and found the HAM cost to be prohibitive at the rate I was firing unless I was buffed. So I went out and boughttwo LOW HAM T21s and had them sliced. One got a good speed slice, the other got a good damage slice.
The T21 I now use has the following stats.
Speed 7.1
Damage 200-440 (roughly ... can't remember exact number ... was damage sliced from 350 max damage)
HAM - 30-35-70
Range -50/+21/+10
I think I'm right on the figures ... can't check as I'm at work.
As For DXR-6B ... check the stats on your target first. Damage isn't as high as a standard T21 plus its only AP2 .. not AP3. The lesser the armour level of the target, the bigger the advantage of the T21. If a mob haslight armour and 50% energy Resist and 30% Acid resist, you will likely be better off with the T21. If the target has heavy armour and 50% energy resist and 10% acid resist ... use the T21 ... the DXR-6B is getting a 50% damage reduction due to being one level of AP lower than the targets armour.
a Good DXR-6B starting stats may have 350 max damage, +90 at the ideal range, 5 speed. So its weaker but faster and more accurate that a standard T21.
Personnally I love the DXR-6b for its looks ... so onto my advise on its construction ... from what my local weaponsmith advises me...
Get the Imperial Stocks from the imperial themepark. Unlike crafted stocks ... they have NO HAM COST. Stocks are optional I believe ... One of those Imperial stocks is gonna help on a good gun.
The DXR-6B rifle needs two Identicle cubes ... before I cover that ... consider this ... a weaponsmith may get 12 experimentation blocks. theres a number of things they can experiment on: Range, Damage, HAM Cost, Speed, Condition. Thats a lot for 12 exp points and so it may be an idea to pick one or two to focus on and get items to help those stats. Red Cubes reduce HAM cost <= not seen anything above a 10 pt reduction before. Green Cubes increase Condition. Yellow Cubes Increase Damage.
Personnally my order for a couple of these babies is for the weaponsmith to use imperial stocks and two Green cubes per gun. The cubes will increase condition by 250 per cube to make a mighty +500 condition (check your WS for clarification). Since the DXR-6b is a fast rifle naturally and I already have a good accuracy skill and cubes increase condition ... it leaves me with two areas left to worry about experimentation. Experiment as much as possible on Damage and then experiment as much as possible on HAM cost. Use what experimentation blocks they have left over whereever they see fit.
In my opinion ... there is no specifically right rifle for all of PvE. I carry a SG32 (AP0 so watch that armour ... against heavy armour you're damage is down to 1/8), a Jawa Ion Rifle, A DXR-6B and a T21.
