Some ultra solid PvE combo's I've found are:
Rifleman/Ranger/Medic. Can find and kill NS Elders in around 6 minutes, good for hunting elusive Black Sun too. Great support for Krayt hunting and good in Vette/DWB as a damage dealer.
Rifleman/Brawler/Pikeman/Medic. Huge variety of damage types - Kinetic, Electricity, Stun, Acid, Cold, Fire and Energy. Capped Block. Plus Pikeman looks cool. Not to mention fun in PvP with massive area dizzy/stun/kd and DoT's.
Swordsman (Or Pikeman)/Ranger/Medic. As Rifle/Ranger/Med but can function as a tank, has access to intimdate too.
Swordsman (Or Pikeman) Defense stacker. Superb Tank, has self heal with TK Meditate. Swordsman is solid for hunting Nightsisters up to and including Elders, Pike cannot hurt Elders without an NSEL but can whip round the Nightspider Cult Cave without too much trouble.
Doc/Swords - standard PvE soloist combo.

i had this proffesion and it worked awesome on elders krayts u name it, i was speed capped too
Msword,mbrawler,4440 medic, and some tk like 0404, didnt grind out to 4404 tk but its possible
if ur speed capped u can deal great dmg fast, ur a good tank, u have good bleeding heals (u gonna need it on the elders) and u can use stim D witch will heal u for about 1000-1800 with this temp, and u have meditate
and ofcourse the best skill in game intimidate 2

When you get it to stick, it reduces the amount of damage that your target puts out by half. I think it lasts for 60-120 secs, somewhere around there.
