Thread: Annotated SWG Links Library (new submissions welcomed!)
Maybe someone is interested in my small tailor database? http://belanglos.de/eya/database/tailor.php. You can search names, sort by names, types,... see which tissues go into which pieces and more.
*** UPDATE: now includes all the new ithorian clothes, too! ***
*** everything with images and prices (mine ,)) ***

Hi all, just wanted to take this time here to tell you guys what SWGA will be about. Our mission is to provide an easy to use, friendly environment for players of SWG to come and bid on and sell items in an "ebay" style auction system with IN-GAME credits only. Our choice to stick with in-game credits only was an easy one because we aren't interested in people who try or want to sell exploited cash or items to just make a buck.
Other than bidding and selling your items on SWGA, members will also get access to exclusive tools and features built from the ground up specifically designed for our site (by me!). SWGA boasts an easy to use interface, as well as helpful features that nearly anyone can use. Something new that we will be doing as well is attemping to bring the in-game vendor community into the spotlight. So, even if you don't want to sell anything on our website... SWGA will have a vendor area, where users can put their vendor up and other users can search vendor listings based on server & items they are looking for. Also, each week will be featuring a certain vendor, in which the drawing will be totally random, that we will talk about in detail as well as an interview with the owner themself! The featured vendor gets exposure for one WHOLE week on our front page for everyone to see!
We will officially be opening up on June 15th, 2004 at 12:00 noon EST. So, if you try to go to www.swgauction.net at this time, you can check out the preview page for screenshots as well as a lot more info on the site. The project is nearly complete; however, once the site launches we will be in need of a few admins and article writers. If you would be interested in helping with the site, please visit the website and click "Want to help?" for more info.
A site like this doesn't exist as of yet, and I believe it can be very popular once it opens to the public! I really hope that everyone will come to enjoy the site, as I've put about 200+ hours into the back and frontend coding and design of this website, and its still not done! Btw, before I began this project, I made sure it wasn't illegal, and since we are going to be auctioning with ONLY in-game credits, it is considered to be more of a community site and is perfectly fine. ![]()
Also, just wanted to say thanks to Jeassa, she pointed this thread out to me when I told her I didn't want to spam the boards with the site. Thanks again, your response meant soo much to me! ![]()
If anyone has any questions about the site or helping with the site, my email is on the website, feel free to shoot me an email. Ishould answer within 24 hours.
[Edit - I'm having a heck of a time getting my link to work!]

Announced today on the Game Guides forum:
- Odi & Hiwrac's Weapon Damage Calculator ver 1.0
While still not entirely complete at the time of writing (11 June '04), an obviously useful little tool for figuring out the DPS of your favourite weapons, taking into account target armour & resists as well. It's all very plain at the moment and there are one or two things I'd like to see in there that I can't at the moment, but obviously in its early stages. Hopefully they'll keep developing this. Also available as an Excel spreadsheet for download.
Any more sites to be listed here??

Now here's something I've been looking for for ages... kudos to Vora Dumem of the Gorath server. 10 points for doing something people really need (though might not know it!), and a further 10 bonus points for presenting this in a totally imaginative way!
- University of Tyrena Thesis Appendix: Ancient Planetographic Region Names preceeding the era of WP navigation
Ever done a '/who' command and been told your mate is somewhere on the Reilig Steppes of Dantooine? Sure you have. Know where the Reilig Steppes are? Heh, probably not. Not until you clicked onto this site! All 10 planets are covered - this must have taken absolutely ages. Props to you, Vora - I assume you safely got your doctoral diploma for this one?! Don't miss the little "OOC Comments" button on the bottom of the page for a personal touch.

- Ikow's Low-Bandwidth Guide to Stuff in SWG
Invaluable source of information based around the "Badge" system in SWG. Virtually exhaustive information about Story Arc episodes (up to Cries of Alderaan Act III at the time of posting), Quests, Locations, Theme Parks and all the other random Badges. Excellent source for places like The Warren, Jabba's Palace etc. Full walkthroughs, and some superb maps - truly the adverturer's guide to SWG!
