So then you see the problem with afk faction farming and you still don't care?
Do you mean watch the screen telling you Bria is loading or playing for the few moments before it crashes?

how much would you say that you play a week?
I have made it a point to play at least 10 hours a week since my namebecame red. On average I would say that I usually play between 15-20 hours a week, but not every week. My wife isn't much of a videogamer so she gets her fair time ![]()
The3-4 few weeks I've been playing a lot more though. Last weekend, I probably clocked 15-20 hours just on the weekend because I played all day Saturday and Sunday. I spent most of the time this weekend rearranging my various inventories =P
I also spent a bunch of time searching vendors and traveling around getting new parts formy X-Wing. That character is only up to 3-3-3-3 and I was out looking for sweet components.

Hey TH, How do you get into a business/job like this? I mean, you weren't like a die hard gamer, you go to school? get a degree in what? Apply for what job? How or what made you directly interested in such a job? Just interested to see how it all works.

So I've been a die-hard gamer since Pong came out. I have psychology and computer science in my background, but really, this whole trip started for me when SWG began. I was a hard core community member from the beginning. I ran a fan site and camped the forums, helping folks, posting and the like and then the position opened up.
Bottom line, getting into the industry is all about what you can do and how you show it. The key is knowing what you want to do. Basically, you have to have a focus of Programming, Design, Art, Producing or Community. From there, learn the skills anyway you know how and do things. Program, design, make art or build communities. Love what you do and do it all the time.

Yeah, I remember TH's name when it wasn't red. Heck, wasn't that back around the time of the Outcasting debates??
Geez, anyone still around long enough to remember those?
