I know you desire to become Jedi's. Yet, can you really handle the way of a Jedi? People have overheard me talking to friends and then hound me afterwards to find out how they too can become a jedi. Others are very doubting. They say "Who thinks they have opened the FSCS?" I say if you really want to become a Jedi then play like you already are one. Go start a character and see if you can make Master Bounty Hunter and not Die once. Not even using your 3 free lives. If you cannot do something as simple as that then it won't matter if you open the slot or not, you will probably never be able to go very far in it. It takes a great deal of patience to stay alive in a galaxie full of dying people. Not to mention the hard work of running away to avoid a fight you will most likely lose even though you'd stick around and fight to the death with your other character. Good luck to all of you who are trying to become a Jedi. I hope that you find your quest as fulfilling as I have.

Hes saying he has too much free time and chooses to play 'Raph' rather than continue his futile quest to unlock then unlockable.

Even if he is saying he is... he's lying... I do agree with his point on dying. I have a feeling novice jedi are going to be hiding near towns where they won't be DB'ed while gaining XP.

Hi all, I got SWG last Saturday and started playing last Sunday and I really really like this game. I have some questions about the Jedis in this game. I know that there are about 2 right now (that are players, I heard there are some NPC Jedi on Dantooine). I am a huge SW fan and I appreciate that LA made it so very hard to become a Jedi in all do respect to the films (Episode IV-VI) b/c at that time Jedi were endangered (nearly extinct till Luke came along if you read the Vector Prime books and all the other SW books). I can understand why there are so few at the moment but I want to know how those have done it have done it. I am going to be patient with this as I am currently just trying to master carbines and the marksman skill. I have heard that in order to become Jedi you must master A TON of skills and when you are ready you go to Dantooine, you ask around a bit and talk to some Jedi Masters and they, get this, tell you to kill their padawan and take his holocron and lightsaber or something. I heard that once you do all these missions for these Jedis (VERY HARD) you can eventually become a Jedi yourself. Anyone know if this is true? I am not going to go to Dantooine right away, I'm going to take my time, make lots of money, gain a lot of XP, master a ton of skills and when I'm ready, go to Dantooine and become a Jedi. I would say I would be ready in the summer time. As for now, I'm going to do all the small things and make my way up. What do you guys think? Also, where are these two Jedi located (what planet, what galaxy server etc). I am currently on Tatooine and my SWG name is the same as my forum name.
