my tips:

if you want the rebel heavy xwing badge be sure to join the imperial navy and go do the mission for the imperial guard tie interceptor. when you complete the mission you will have the rebel heavy xwing badge.

to get the claws of the katarnn without getting a badge simply complete the mission you will get the reward without having your badge list cluttered with another badge.

to ensure you are not able to fly the ARC170 successfully complete the mission that you get from the queen in theed palace and attempt to generate the ship this will completely prevent you from being able to see the ugly thing in space.

if you hate fighting rebel npc and like hanging missions simply do the eta-2 jedi starfighter quest. after bringing the ATST back to the base the npc imperial will send you outside to fight some npc rebels and half of them will be stuck in unreachable locations ensuring you will never have to deal with them.

i am sure there are more but that will do for now. happy ROTWing!!!!

Same tip as last week and it's still for Kurt:

Re-engage in your Galactic Civil War forum, the issues that will decide whether this game is still employing people next year are being discussed there and you're nowhere to be found ..... still.

Getting within Healing Range, FAST!

This tip comes to us from Fractus ShiningShadow on the Gorath Galaxy:

Have you ever needed to heal a group member fast, only to select them and find that they are out of range? Medics across the galaxy know what I'm talking about. Well here's a tip for getting into healing range of any group member fast:

Using Shift +[# key] is a great way of selecting your group members or yourself fast. Followedbythe heal of your choice. That's pretty basic healer stuff. But what if they are out of range and you haven't any idea where they are, or there is so much visually going on that you can't find them in the crowd? Well try using the /follow command. Better yet, assign /follow and /stopfollow actions (CTRL+A) to hotbuttons (F1-F12).Using /follow will automatically move your characterwithin range the targeted group member. Now try that heal again, followed with the /stopfollow command or hot button. Bingo! You've moved into short-range healing or buffing range with the click of a button. This tip worked before the CU and still works with the CU. No worries there...

Here's a list of the commands I use, in the orderI use them:

Shift +[#] Selects groupmembers.

/followAutomatically moves you to your target groupmember.

/bactaShotAny short-range healing action can be used here.

/stopfollow Ends the /follow command, Freeing your movement.

Rinse and Repeat...

Hoping this helps beat the "out of range blues".

Special thanks to Imortissa, a long lost friend and my inspirationfor becoming a healer, who taught me this tip. We miss you M'Love.

too bad healing then aggros every animal on the planet and results in instant incap for the medic....

That would be because your group'stanks aren'tmaking proper use of their taunt abilities.

PROBLEM: Group Defective. Group members unable to properly fill roles as defined by profession

SOLUTION: Disband. Find Non-Defective Group.

wrong...it is BUGGED...does not matter what taunt or ability they are using...you toss a heal you take the agro over anything...

Not really a good macro. I mean if you can't figure out how to walk to someone, you need more help than macros. This macro is very poor if you do not have terrain negotiation. It would walk you striaght a hill, instead of zig-zaging will is much faster.
