Mhhh... i am not sure, but i think i already read this as a tuesday tip a while ago... or i am trolling the forums too much :-)

So, here are some of my tuesday tips or SWG basics.
Fighting tougher mobs as melee:


  • Hunting

    • Always carry enough mind food with you and make sure you pulled some out of the crate

    • Have a muon gold ready to use, just for emergency - in that case .. beware of the downer

    • Check your armor condition every once in a while and have some repair tools and/or spare parts with you

    • Always keep your target /intimidiated. Intimidiate stacks and so you could apply it a few times and then hitting for a while.

    • Don't jump off your bike in a Nightsister spawn. They will usually use area attackt that destroy your bike.

    • Stun wielding Nighsisters - take this one out first, instead of just spamming around.

  • Solo Hunting

    • Get novice medic and stim B's that are crafted with advanced components.

    • If you need a break peace and use /warcry, attackting your target would break warcry

  • Group Hunting

    • If you are tanking the mob for your ranged prefession friends use /taunt on them, instead of running after the mob

    • Your HAM is getting low, ask a groupmember to /taunt it off instead of running around like a wounded chicken, it would make it much harder for your medic to heal you
All i could think off so far .. i hope some off you find it helpfull.

A few handy commands while managing a structure if you don't want to search for building terminal (where does it hide in this structure ^^)

/struct stat : opens structure status window
/pay : pay maintenance


And for permission
/setperm admin [name]
/setperm entry [name]
/setperm ban [name]

[name]is a players name or can be replaced with guild:tag to applie for a whole guild...

You'r admin in your guild hall (your guild is TUF guild).... An ennemy guild is coming... (let's say the Hell Of Doom guild with tag HOD)
You don't have time to go to the terminal...
They will kill your friends hidding on the roof

/setperm ban guild:HOD

you're all safe ! (until they all decide to /guildremove ^^)

Or get the house private and type /setperm entry guild:TUF so anyone of your guild may enter

but you can't set a whole guild as admin on a building

2 important space tips:\
/ui selectRadar 0-3 - changes radar style. 0 is default
/ui selectReticle 0-5 - changes target reticle style. 0 is default


if you are stuck on a space mission, as around the starports. i needed a small bit of help yesterday, asked a person, and got 3 aces to fly with me. we smoked the tier 4 rebel gunboat rather quickly

If you are a leader of a solo group, need to leave it and no one is near/ wants to become leader then /dismiss self. The will keep the group whole and picks a new leader at random.

It only works if you have develpment client.....trust me you dont have one


kind of the one that isn't listed /spawn_krayt_dragon .....and some othes that the QA team is sapossed to be the only ones that are privy too
