They spawn once in the morning, and then throughout the day... unfortunately, except for the first spawn, the spawns appear at 0,0 (near the squill caves) and ruin everyone's day. I had an observer overcharge shot my mind pool for over 4K dmg. it SUCKS.

ive seen the spawns by the squill caves, they always seem to be there.
Is it possible that they are there because of a bug in a simmilar way to the DWB and the spawns on endor?
after all look at the location of the DWB and ft Tusken on the planetary maps, they are both in the same region (NE corner)
If it is a bug, wouldnt it be interesting if the devs corrected it and made them spawn in the fort, thus we would get more observer, executioner etc spawns during the day, with would mean more fun and help clear the cave of looters

I was fully buffed last night. Including Mind buffs from a Master Musician & Dancer -
I saw 2 red dots - an observer & a Witchdoctor.
I thought I was sneaky and was able to pull just the observer - he aggroed me I ran back about 120 meters - started to whack away at his mind with my PH (35% resist to blast - one of the lowest) I drank 2 410+ brandies and ate 3 canapes with 758 - 33 fill for 9 min lasts.
Got him less than a 1/4 way down - the witch doctor came over the hill - combat log said xxxxx hits you with full strafe shot for 6838 damage - your armorstops 4313 - 2 seconds later I am dead.
I'd hate to see what an executioner can do.

There are other types of Tuskens that spawn at the bunker and tusken town.
these are harder than warlords but not as hard as a king which is soloable.

I came across an executioner last week and thought, how tough can he be? Had 300K HAM, that's how tough. 2 hits, down I went. Friend healed, 1 more hit, down I went again. No deathblow (thankfully) - I think I ran over a little rise before I was incapped and he didn't follow.
To show how stupid I was, a couple days later I came across an observer. I thought - an "observer" simply cannot be as tough as something called an "executioner." Didn't bother checking his stats, just attacked (see, stupid). One shot - I was down. Once again, no db.
Later learned that the only thing observers are vulnerable to is cold. Live and learn.
Will definitely be checking stats on these guys in future.
