I prefer hiding behind said Commandos & TKMs. Much safer and allows easy XP and less dying.


Doesn't cost me a dime. Except for the many heals..

Our party of eight was wiped out in three seconds in the area with the tusken king, in the bunker.

I've been playing since August, and I've never been to the Tusken Bunker (Fort Tusken just gave so much more xp back then). Nowadays, I get xp from Bantha Matriarchs/Giant Sand Beetles, so I haven't been to either in a bit. But...Fort Tusken is much better than the bunker.

only slightly off subject here. do the tuskens still drop tusken helmets? haven't seen those up for sale for months

Jee thats odd, cause i went to the bunker with a grp of 6, I was the only one buffed, and had my trusty muon with me, and Im 1-1-3-1 CH with a 8K HAM GSP and between me and my pet tanking the tuskens my grp was able to offer ranged damage, and no one died, bcause me or my pet was taking the majoreity of the damage(yes, I do take hits better than alot of TKA cause im smart bout my armor) the king went down just as fast as everyone else, I think the real issue with the ppl asking bout Tusjens is the fact that their mostly players that DONT know how to be smart about fighting this stuff, the commandoes, well u guys got a **edit** FT what do u expect hehe....

Tell me about it, I go to the fort everyday and haven't seen one in ages.


A friend of mine traded a tusken helmet for a holo, that's how rare they've become hehe

Whilst your at the Tusken Fort, don't forget to try "Running The Gauntlet".

Basically, inside the fort at the top, run through from the top outside the cave entrance/exit, all the way to the bottom entrance/exit.


Good fun to have a race with someone else too. Not so much that fun for people who can easily kill Tusken's though, not much sport in it.


First time I tried it, I got incapped about 15 feet away from the bottom entrance/exit...D'oh!

Second time I had a race with someone, I got lost and ended back up at the top entrance/exit

Ooh, I do mean running through the caves, not from the top, out of the fort and down the side of the mountain

Which Tuskens are the toughest? Observers, Chiefs, Warlords, etc... Last night I was kicking butt, & got 2 crystals. Today I go in fully buffed and an observer kills me in like 4 shots! Whats going on?

Basicly, you've got Commoners, Raiders, Snipers, Captains, and Chiefs. These guys are easy with buffs and armor. All under 12k HAM. Then you've got super hard Observers, Executioners, and Witch Doctors. I've seen 'em at 221k HAM and up. Crazy resists and they hit very hard. BUT, I'vre seen some, cough, overpowered, couch, swordsmen solo them......

Thanks for the info. We were at fort Tusken. I've mainly seen Riders, Commoners, Chiefs, Captains and Warlords, Which, like you say, are beatable. This was the first time I have ran into an observer at the fort. Needless to say, he handed me my behind.


Is it uncommon to see Witch Doctors, Observers, and executioners at the fort? I've been several times and haven't ran into them.

Pretty uncommon. On Intrepid, they are on in the morning, and are usually taken out by lunch or early afternoon.

Is there set spawn intervals/spawn times for the big guys? Spent about an hour there and saw nothing...being a MHS, there's no real point of me being there unless I get to fight the big ones. Otherwise, I just end up stealing kills, and thats no fun for anybody!
