Until all the AFK-looters (especially the Jedi) leave the Geo caves and all other dungeons, I will continue to "kill steal" at Ft Tusken. At least I'm actually AT KEYBOARD trying to get loot!
As far as I'm concerned, anything goes w/in the boundaries of the fort. It's not like you have to waita great deal of time before more Tuskens respawn! By the time you /tell the person or fill out a harassment report, two or three more tusken have popped and been killed by me.
My advice, if you believe someone is KS you, duel them. If you are too weak to win in a duel, then you don't have any business in the Fort or complaining about loot rights.
If you are that low level, why are you worried about getting uber-loot? Go run some missions, work on your template, and come back when you are ready. It's not like the loot will run out!
The problem I see here is that people who are junior to the game are more concerned w/ min/maxing and not actually playing the game. Stop worrying about having the best-this and the uber-that andjustplay the game.
I started my character at game-launch. I PLAYED (that mean no grinding in case you started your character last week) my way through master medic, master doctor, master marksman, half of rifleman, and master swordsman.
I think holo-grinding has literally gotten to some people's heads.
Nivik Exis... has earened the Ft Tusken Kill Stealing badge of Infamy.

Ok here’s what has happened to me that last few days…..
I was reading up on the forums and someone had a post about the nylx lord (sorry I don’t remember the spelling), and how he can drop items like a night sister. I had never been to the POI and wanted to check it out. Day1, I spent about an hour and a half waiting for him to spawn, 2 minutes before spawn a guy shows up. Well he did more damage so I ended up wasting 15k on buffs and almost 2 hours for nothing. Day2, same thing as before but only about a 30 minute wait on the spawn. Day3, I take all the best gear I can find to try to do more damage. I wait about 2 hours for spawn, about 5 minutes before spawn this guy shows up. He starts telling me how he is a pikeman and will kill him before me hitting his action. I have a 520 max damage scythe w/pu so I’m thinking ok I might have a chance. The lord spawns and hits the other guy, he runs and hits peace, lord hits me. He runs back up and starts hitting action, by this time he is at half mind. The other guy switches to a Ackley power hammer and puts in the last hit…. So let’s see I tanked the guy, I did most of the damage that lead to death (i.e. mind damage) and I got to wait 2 hours for a spawn. Once again I get nothing for my time/money.
There has to be something we can do to stop people from being able to keep all the spawns on a timer. Can’t it be random timers or something like it could spawn in 5 minutes or 4 hours. At least that way one guy couldn’t camp 5 caves on timers, maybe give someone else a chance. The way it is now it sucks. Maybe the other guy was right I should just try to steal every kill I can, I just know I hate it when it happens to me and I don’t like doing it to others, but maybe that’s the only way to get anywhere in this game.

IMO If you out damage someone you get the rights. If it is someones mission, then you leave it alone for the person who's mission it is. I can't stand the whiners that moan at Ft Tuscan, 'you stole my kill' - it is obvious that it is not their kill otherwise they would of got the loot.
I remember when I was a n00b, I used to get nothing, and that just motivated me to get to master so I got a fair shot at it! It is a bit of a food chain, and you need to work your way up to get to the point where you get the loot.

I'm all about the duel thing if the guy complains, I think it's the most fair way to sort things out.
of btw, I KS cause I got KS'd alot and no one EVER cared, so as no one even cared bout me, I don't get why I should care bout the others, if they could KS me, they'd do it anyway.
but the nyax dude camping is lame, specially the part when the guys sees he gets outdamaged and transfer the aggro.
my advice: he's alone, come with a buddy.

Feign Death is a wonderful way to deal with those sorts of people. The best revenge you can get on someone like that is to let them have what they want, they will soon find that wanting and having are two different things .
