The game of Sabacc is truely one of the best and well known and respected games played amongst characters in the Star Wars canon. Why can'tSOE implement a sort of MINI-GAME in the cantina's in many of the bigger cities. Where as while you are being entertained one can sit and gamble away his hard (HA) earned profits and even properties such as ships and deeds... (the gambling part, could have low stake tables,doesn't have to be huge for those with weak pockets)

I don't think the development side has to be that hard, although gambling as it stands currently in the certain hotels and casinos, well IT STINKS...(Interfaces are hard to deal with and no GUI really to go along with it)

Why not have sabacc tables where a group of 3 or more can sit and play the game, there are plenty of sharware/freeware versions on the internet, why can't the idea and rules from these be implemented in to the galaxy. Then there could be sabacc tournaments and well the ideas are limitless but would be a way for other players to waste time.
