Great guide for people who don't know this already.
I think one of the main reasons that the Devs probably get so many bug reports like that though, is that the ingame system is quite confusing for someone who does not read the forums. For example I had an issue that required CSR assistance, so I opened up the cntrl H menu and selected the appropriate option for customer service. The report a bug button is prominently displayed right there for you to see, but I did not see a CSR ticket button anywhere. I tabbed through all of the tabs at the top of the interface, still nothing I could see. I knew I didn't want to send a bug report, so I went to the web and logged in to the online chat to see if they could help me. Itold this individual that I did not see a CSR ticket button on my interface and asked them how to open one. They told me to open the cntrl H menu and select customer service and then hit the button to open a new ticket. I didn't even bother to point out that I had just gotten done telling him that I had tried exactly that, I just politely asked him if there was any other way to do it. He said I could just type /openticket and I would be brought right into the CSR ticket window to start my ticket. Finally I thought to myself, and politely thanked him for his help and went on my way. Low and behold when I opened my client back up and gave that little command a spin I got nada except for the "there is no such command" message or whatever that one says. Only through trying fruitlessly to find a solution to my problem in the knowledge base withing the customer service menu did I finally notice that when I scrolled to the bottom of all of the articles I had searched for, there was that elusive CSR ticket button.
There should be two buttons on that main screen for customer service. The one to report bugs and the one to open a CSR ticket. I think if it was more obvious how to open CSR tickets most of those white noise type bug reports would be directed to the CSR's who are more suited to filter through them than to the Devs. I think most of those people are looking for someone that will give them some kind of response and that is why they are so obnoxious and unreasonable in their reports, they mistakingly think that it will get more attention if they seem really mad.
