I am concerned that very few, if any, players know about the change they made to ubese shirt/bando prior to pub 10. it made a fundamental change to loot that has been in place for a year. i am very concerned they will push out a condition zero fix/nerf/deletion without any comments from the community. this affects everyone, especially veterans that have been paying SOE for the last year only to be screwed out of their work, and therefore time.

SOE please make an official statement about ubese shirts and your intent.
