Nah, don't worry. Marriage doesn't change anything in the game. You won't lose anything from proposing unity or getting a divorce, and both are fairly easy and painless, though an interesting thing is that your wedding ring doesn't lose condition upon death (as long as you're married, of course). I'm not sure if they're still perma-insured, though.
