well he dosnt say that hes using pups but i highly doubt it. the reason your weapon is decaying is strictly because of overcharge1. even in the description it says it overpowers your weapon. normally, weapon decay is based on a ratio of damage delt and max condition. teh more damage u deal the more condition gets taken off with each shot. (usual condition taken off a t21 is .01-.08) however overcharge shot is excused from this, it is strictly a -1 - -2 condition every shto u could be using a cdef rifle with 1-20 damage and the condition would drop just as fast as a 1k max dmg t21 using overcharge.

on another note PuP's (power-ups) will also decay you weapon faster than normal so never use em on your uber rare weapons
