Here's mine:

/sit;

/pause 300;

/stand;

/pause 300;

/macro chat;

(I called it chat as that's what I was doing when I kept going LD, I was roleplaying and chatting, but you can call it what you want. In this case, there's nothing to gum up spatial, so you can let it run for as long as you need to.)
