I don't think anything has changed with the planet. I think the lack of spawns you are noticing is just from the fact thatthereis50 times more traffic between the village and Science Outpost than there used to be. And50% of those people are probably doing the same thing you are, which is killing anything that moves. The server's spawn rate has probably not been changed from before so hense the lack of creatures to slaughter. I mean really, before the patch, how many people actually hunted that far south of the Science Outpost? Most people on Valcyn were hunting at the Mining Outpost by Rancor Valley (what ever you want to call it).
