no idea where to post this so its going here. how am i supposed to get xp if there are no creatures for me to kill. fix the spawns on dathplz, i cant get xp anywhere else

well you can obviously get missions and bingo you got creatures.
but i have noticed this problem where by there are no creatures other than for missions. i ran from the village to the science outpost earlier today, and found one lair, just one. this has happened on a few other planets aswell.
if the devs are going to design a game that promotes genocide, they should at least, have a spawn system that replenishes what is killed in reasonable time so that it balances its self out, no guessing what a good respawn time, just make a system that keep a planet populated. if few monsters are eing killed, then a low spawn rate is good. if there are a few thousand playters trying to make dathomire a safe place to live, then the spawn rate should increase. if this is whats already in place, i think it needs fixing

I don't know what the problem is, but on Kettemoor, I've had no problems. Are you sure you saw nothing between the outpost and the village? Maybe its because you were speeding by on your speeder? My screen is never clear of red dots. I can usually get two missions, park at the first one and just kill everything that spawns around me not including my mission lair.Oh, and I've sen maybe 1 or 2 lairs from other missions. The rest are random spawns.

Try Endor...I can cap rifles xp in 1 hour 20 or less just travelling from sp to sp on foot.

I went through the same thing when trying to hunt on Talus on Gorath. Ran around for about 20min and not one red dot. Something seems to be wrong.......

hehe, this problem seems to pop up occasionally. I'd suggest changing planets for a patch. I think last time it was fixed in a week or so.

I've seen this happen when there are a LOT of people on a planet hunting - I call it "Corellia Syndrome", 'cause the first time I noticed it was when there was some uber avian on Corellia. It looks to me like the more people that are on a planet, the fewer random critter spawns there are (and I do travel on foot 95% of the time to hunt).
I seem to recall TH saying something about spawns being limited a while ago, but I don't remember the exact context.
But as far as your particular situation is concerned, best I can suggest is to either switch planets or do most of your xp hunting right after server reset. (Corellia Syndrome is generally worst right after the evening peak, at least on Lowca).

i have a high level jedi and can only get GOOD xp from rancors/kam/bolmas. i must have driven around the area i have been hunting for the past 3 months for 2 hours and found 1 lair of baz nitches (which i dont get any xp off) every 30 min.

Yeah i go for endor too if i want to cap really quickly. The big merek nests (earthen mounds , 64k hp) are really nice.

Lan_man, I'd suggest trying right after server reset. If it's Corellia Syndrome, it'll take a while for the spawns to start slowing down (probably about 10 or 11am, since it's a weekend)

ya but with endor thats it, mereks and spider queens/warriors. its just so frustrating, im so close to finishing were i can actually enjoy my char without worrying about dying and crap like this happens.
