Thread: What's the rank structure???
BS its not. Chesty Puller would whip the crap out of any imp. I would put my fully automatic .50 cal against any platoon of Storm Troopers any day. And for the Brit, the Marine Corps still has LCpls as well, and they come right before Cpl.

Are all identical accept that they have one less rank than the Imperial Faction...that being High Colonel
Hope this was helpful
Imperial Ranks:
Well that's wrong for a start. I was 2nd Lieutenant and I just moved up to Lieutenant. Not 1st Lieutenant but Lieutenant. Captain is next.
Also for who ever talked about lance corporals being dismounted soldiers, I should point out the lance corporal is the rank below corporal in the british army still.

and of course i'm sure all of you know that the faction points are what you need in addition to the 200 minimum requirement to still belong to your selected faction.
Private
Lance Corporal
Corporal
Staff Corporal
Sergeant
in that exact order, so how come you all say Staff Corporal comes afer Sergeant and stuff like that?
Oh, and YES, I am SURE that's the order in which I got my promotions...

That is why if IRL you are putting together an Imperial uniform then you want to buy the German Nazi Uniform boots.Yes SW has a deeper meaning than a lot of people may realize.
Yes, the Imperial army is pretty much patterned after the Nazis and Germany's military of the second world war. The Nazi solders were called... Stormtroopers.
Oh and we almost did have a Field Marshal, but the guy up for it was named
George C. Marshall and he refused be known as Field Marshal Marshall.
