Hmmm maybe they'll just nerf the amount of scouting xp you get.. so it'll take you 2 or 3 times as long to reach your cap.

And no, I am not a proponent of the above idea. I'm a 4040 scout considering going into Ranger just to get my HS exp up a little faster (and have a bigger cap on scouting xp)
