if you know where your going use energy armour a good shield gen and have good heals its very easy im mr mcm pistols 4xx4 it takes under 5 min to loot all the boxes and another 10 min to compleat the mission [assasinate takes 5 min longer as you actually have to kill a few high lvl mobs] leaving you with a good 40 min to go round killing npc but tbh thats normaly a waste of time
the main trick with the vette is to not kill something unless you realy have to and to use the lifts to your advantage =]

You can do it, just dash and loot basically. But you will die due to "overspawns" of SBDs at the very least..

When you mean 'dash', do you mean /run, because you cannot use the /run command on the vette. As for Jedi, they are able to use Force Run, correct?

As a jedi or Tk its fairly easy as long as you have good heals.. just keep your Aura/CoB macro going and heal as you get the armory code and first box.. then die.. Then go to 2nd box and die again.. and box 3/4 in same place and die again. There are only 4 loot boxes but you have to be pretty darn tough to fight your way to them so its easier just to run in and loot the box and just die. (not burst run)

Actually my friend can also solo it and he's not mdef. He has the mls/xx4x def temp, and he does it pretty easily.

I haven't done it for about 9 months, but the 'vette was always soloable (aside from the assassin missions that is) if played "smart". It takes determination and sticking to the game plan rather than getting distracted by trying to kill things or loot while working.

I did all but Jabba's assassination solo with Master Droid Engineer/Master Pike (holo professions that I was stuck with at the time). I did need help on the rebel assassin mission, but the rest just FR2required single-mindedly performin the series of tasks.

I'm not sure how it is now, but I'd like to get the assassin mission done to finish the badge collection. Is this possible with only 4040 defender or should I take along a few friends? Can jedi heal wounds on the 'vette? (I have heard that FR works while BR doesn't, but I haven't confirmed. If so, perhaps jedi healing will work-the same as TKM could heal-when docs cannot?)

i'm master bounty hunter master combat med...i can solo them without a problem...can do them all but the assassin missions in 5-10 min loot and all..the assassin missions i need one other and can finish it in less than 15 min with loot

If you have 4x4x def, you should be fine providing you have enough from enhancer. I'm Mdef, but like I said my friend has only 1 tree in def (xx4x), but he also has FR2, so we both do it pretty easly. Just about all I do is keep up FR1 (even better if you have FR2 or FR3), macro my aura and infusion and make a seperate valor macro. The only problem is the overspawns, but even if you die, you respawn with no wounds or decay and can still complete the mission.

About jedi healing wounds on the vette and BR working or not, they CAN heal wounds as far as I know, and I know BR works because I tried it on my alt.

I have 0040 defender, and I can actually kill everything up there except the swarms of SBD. Expect to die where they congregate..

nope its easily soloable by most fighting profesions the diffrence is jedi can run in and do it first time non jedi have to do it a few times to get the hang of it and learn when to run and when to fight
