I think it's not right to delete belongings or housing... there are many many instances where others are paying for the maintenace of the houses, cantinas, med centers, etc.

Many of these building s have been painstakingly decorated and because these ppl are gone there is no way to transfer hte structure to another exsisting player... if they delete, they need to inform exsisting players on admin to give them a chance to salvage the building... not just suddenly have it go poof...
