I had that same issue with improved force heal. I couldn't heal myself, and i had a full force bar. i lost 370K because of it. I had 2 seperate BH missions come for me, and Force heal froze up on me.

And, the other night, the same thing happened to an in-game pal of mine.

I bugged it, then sent a ticket. Couldn't get my xp back, didn't expect to with the CSR's.

Ive noticed this troubling dilema as well-my infusion will heal/infus people around me(macro) and i have to target myself or nothing to get the infuse to work for me--and the heal thing is whacked too.

healing in general seems to be bugged. today i noticed that i healed who ever i last healed when i had my enemie targeted. so i had to target myself, heal, then go back to fighting.

Make a macro

/forceHeal self;

use this instead of hitting the heal icon you can add the /ui action cycleTarget outward if you want to target the closest mob or jsut reclick one

and

/forceInfusion self;

/pasue 49;

/mac (macro name)

I think the "bug" being refered to is the assistance system.

When a creature has your groupmate targetted, and you heal with the creature targetted, you heal your teammate.

To get around this you have to make a custom macro like the other poster stated.
