Thread: Has anyone noticed this?

I am a creature handler/bio-engineer with a pistol question, so I came here to the experts.


I end up making large numbers of bearded Jaxs to level my bio-engineer. Then, my CH trains them. Then, I destroy them to harvest back between 60-80% of the meat that I used to make them in the first place


Now to my pistol question. When I go to destroy the ex-pet, I am usually 2-3 meters away from them. I kneel down and releas the pet, and then hit the body shot 2 button. What I have found is that if my back is to the creature, I turn and fire and roughly 80% of the time the creature goes down with one shot. If I am facing the creature when I hit the attack, almost invariably, the creature ends up getting in the first hit, and it usually takes 2 or 3 shots to finally put him down.


Has anyone esle noticed this? Is this a feature, a statistical anomoly, or just my imagination? Thanks.

I just noticed this when I was looking at the final profession icons. The scout campfire seems to have two things orbiting it. I thought they were bugs at first, but the orbit lines are much too straight and circular to be random bug flying.

So our campfire is either the nucleus of an atom, or it has miniture planets orbiting it.

It signifies all of the other professions orbiting the mighty fire that is the Scout profession. Without us, all of the other professions would fly off of their orbits into deep space and die of a lack of heat.
Hmm. That was a little dramatic.

They are there on the Ranger one as well. Maybe they are meant to be the protective fence our camps are meant to have?

Hey all, I've been playing with my toon on Naboo for ages,JTL,RoTW... never went to Tatooine. Anyhow, I started a new toon and was only given the option to start on TAT. Ok, cool...next I start playing and see a bunch of NPC's with names only, which I believe are quest NPC's instead of mission NPC's. I converse with one and he actually gives me a ground quest that goes into my journal...THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED ON NABOO!!


My question is, Did the Devs or RoTW make Tatooine the only starting Planet and has Tatooine gotten a game play revamp? Quests and content and Atmosphere etc...?

I believe that all/most quests now go into your journal. I like it personally.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong , but if i hit heal ,infusion , or force aura . They are all delayed during battle ,like my other attacks go first. Sometimes they don't even active if i hit it after 2attacks . I also have to untarget what im fighting for it to work also.


Maybe they changed something, i can just use the mouse on the ui and heals work right away. I have watched my combat log even when I do this my normal attack saber leg hit seems to go through.
