Hi all,
I have just put planetary maps with region names online.
They can be found at: www.garnisch.com/vora/indexE.htm
Some might have noticed that the planets seem to have named zones or regions.
Whenever you use the command /who in your chat window often the location of nearby players have region names next to the planet name. Those region names are nowhere to be found on any maps (at least I didn't find any). So my char traveled around the planets (since Beta3) to compile these maps.
They might be useful to roleplayers and outdoor professions like scout, ranger, ch or bh.
These maps are optimized for b/w printing.
I Don't know if this has been already done before, but what the heck...
P.S: a big THANK YOU to the world creation team of LA. You guys did a terrific job keeping me busy for a year. Your landscapes are still helluva amazing after this long time....
Excellent work!
One you might add is "Vass Meindras" on Dathomir...

Absolutely blinding piece of work.
Twenty stars for you!

With respect to making "hunting people" easier, you should note that expeienced players will just type /anon (for anonymous), as it makes you not appear on the /who searches.
When you /who imperial or /who rebel (depending on which side you're on) there can still be overts out there even though none came up in your search.
Btw, great job with the map.

Wow, that is really cool. Devs, would it be hard to get a system message everytime we enter a new zone? It would be nice to know where we are without having to hit /who all the time

Looks like he pulled the maps out of the game files, or just screen captured them.
BTW, the area TH was talking about is a valley running north of the Imperial Prison on Dathomir. It is actually located inside of Asou Dankal area but you will list as Vass Meindras when you are inside the valley.
