Faction rating does not do anything.
OK, here are a few tips.
Whatever you do, DON'Tfight any SBD's.
The only MoBs you need to kill for a smooth run are;
* the 2 guarding the elevator going down (from starting point go straight, follow hallway left). A 3rd dude may occationally come and assist from the nearby hallways, but kill him too.
* the dude in the small room before the computer room
* the 2 between the computer room and elevator heading up to the disk floor
Kill the above in this order so you have a clear path to the elevator after you get the codes from the computer room.
* thedude right in front of the elevator when you do down to the engine room/hyperdrive floor.
Don't even try killing the others. You'll just end up getting DBed.
-------
You need normal buffs and synthsteak minimum.
Novice Medic and Stim B's are a must too.
Entertainer buffs, brandy, canape, muon, etc are all optional but recommended.
If youhave Brawler related abilities, use Center of Being. Make it loop.
/peace when you get up to the disk floor and walk (press shift down) until you get agroed.
Once agroed, don't fight back. Just loot what you have to and run back to the elevator.
I personally take 2 brandy when I get up there and then 1 synthsteak, 2 canape and 1 muonright before heading to the hyperdrive (after finishing with the disk/computer/elevator switch/engine room)
Then I just run runthrough everything elsewhile stimming myself every 10 seconds or so.
And I'm a Master Pikeman/Master Swordsman/Master Brawler/Novice Medic
-------
Engine Room
After getting the disk from upstairs, go to the computer room to get the bridge/armory codes.
When in this room, try and get agroed by the MoBs in the room.
Once you have them shooting at you, don't fight back. Just run to the elevator going down to the engine room/hyperdrive floor.
If you succeed in getting agroed in the computer room, chances are the SBD's in the engine room won't agro you.
I've been up there at least a few hundred times.
All you need is practice.
Memorize the map by heart and you should be okay.
Hope this helps.
