Sorry Miksu, missed your reply. Nope the crystal didnt show the quest as completed. I opened a ticket, and was told that this is an intended part of the game (yeah right) and i just had to wait for the sith to attack again and loot a new disk.

On the 6th time they attacked i got a disk that worked!
