Wind up/Cool down on CoH? Not sure I follow. I played it for 8 months now and not really noticed anything like that. If you mean that, for example, Punch takes 3 secs to recharge, then I follow you. But otherwise I have no clue.

well go play it so you can actually say wether you like it or not. I did, and i still am... even if i dont like it I am going to do my best to test it and make sure that the parts i dont like are made known. If you dont test it you are just showing you really dont care whether or not this game actually changes... I do care and i dont want it to change as drastically as they are changing it now.
too bad this thread will get deleted by GarVa soon...
