I just finished "That Darn Droid" last week and didn't have any issues.

If you have doneone of thesequests recently and haven't been able to finish, please send me the details and I will get the information to the right folks.

Thanks.

Last I heard, the Droid Head schematic was no longer being given.

If this has been fixed then that's a positive sign, and I'll happily rescind a small portion of my grumbling.

Choice comments regarding ToOW Beta:
  • "When this goes Live, they'll be retiring the hamsters and powering the servers from Alec Guiness spinning in his grave."

  • "SWG would be a lot better if the developer meetings didn't start with one of the chumps saying 'Hey guys! I was playing WoW last night and...'"

  • "The only way they can make this more depressing is putting a gate up in the Starport with 'Arbeit Macht Frei' written across it."

Yer, that's what I'd heard. Some players were getting the schematic fine, others wouldn't be for some reason *shrugs* The Aqualish one was quite fun, apart from the AFK campers at the rebel base bit

I also didn't get the droid head. The quest finished just fine, just no schematic.

The best thing is, the AFK campers DID NOT DETRACT from completing the quest in any way. They were background noise, but the task in hand was instanced specifically to anyone who had the quest.

Someone putting these quests together is learning.

It have been confirmed that he is in fact nekkid, but he is not a bothan.

--- Cancelled 24th November 2006
Reason: The lack of multiplayer pve content and Star Wars feel.
For 3 years I have tried to find excuses to stay in game but only the expansions offered me what I subscribed for in the first place: A multiplayer Star Wars pve experience with friends around the globe. I found friends but with almost no addition of pve content they dropped out one by one. Now it's my turn.

Najem's Jobs ends after the 3rd mission. It's broken. It's been broken.

You may want to have someone look into fixing it.

Brilliant, and while we're at it, could you take a look at these quests: (Re-edited so I don't look entirely incompetent! )

Corellia - Find the Missing Shipment of Starship Components - Confront and defeat Tomi Jinsin.
Killed Tomi, and the quest did not progress. Tomi also appears as a midget, coming up to barely chest height on a regular humanoid character - in a similar manner to the JtL NPCs at Dantooine Imperial Outpost.

(And some more stuff that Red-Dwarf repeated below)

Rryatt Trail - Kashyyyk Concealment Kit
Still unable to progress, despite having killed the required creatures several months ago, and received credit for such in the Completed section of my Journal.

That one is due to Tomi not respawning properly - the first player to complete the quest after each server bounce will get the reward (3k credits or so). However the respawned Tomi is non-aggressive and doesn't fight back when attacked (nor does anyone else in the bunker). It is rather like the original myyyandril caverns bugs.

TH,

Since this is a quest based FF, how about a little Dev commentary about the abandon quest feature you guys introduced in Publish 23. How does it work, what quests can be abandoned, when can we expect a fix on the kashyyyk emyya(sp?) not resetting when the space station resets bug, etc etc
