Thunderheart,

Why don't you address how it stands now, and then address it also after your combat patch? We are not waiting to buy/play the game for the combat patch to come out. We are playing now and current information would be an indication you are not only committed to better customer communication but actually doing it.

I live skill enhancment. Since Diablo it is the best thing in a game, but here i cant hardly find them and if i find them, it seems, they don't work properly....

I have no problems with You translating this version or any other versionsthat myself &friends do of this guide as long as You keep them as they appear giving credits to those who participated in gathering the information & assisting in the project as a whole and keep the guide un-altered, by the way if You do this, my in game name is Poppa not qwiqshot.

I too was a huge diablo fan, i played LOD for 3 1/2 years & agree that the whole socketing theme was the best thing that ever hit the game, it gives each character the ability to be totally unique!

On point #14 -- the item continues to function (at least on clothing) even after hitting zero. I have not verified this with armor but others have told me this is true.

This is a great post, but it is something that can't be addressed until the rest of the combat balance is done. WHen you see the new weapon arrangment and the HAM changes, it would be a good time to suggest this again.

And again it gets put off...

Why can't the things that have been broke since Day 1 get fixed instead of new stuff with new problems gets put in? I could give a rat's rump about Droids (unless it's the Cert System, which it should).

/sigh

TH: Could you confirm that everything the original poster reports is correct AND working as intended? Since these items are conspicuously absent from all game documentation, it would be nice to get official confirmation on them.

Explain how weapon arrangement and HAM changes have anything to do with the broken socket system?

This does not make sense to me - no matter how many sockets are in an item, is it fair to say we should treat it like it only has one socket?

I would think the HAM changes are also going to include major changes to Combat as a whole, which may include the way skills work and/or renaming. Fun!

In addition to all this great info, here is a post about Bio-Engineer enhanced clothing which can also boost your skills

This may be the place to ask this, but what is the purpose of negative point skill attachemnets? I have several like this and can't see the point of them.
