Its definatly working just got the visit myself, now to just do the rest of it the old fashioned way

I can confirm that these are indeed the ones that unlocked Ben's visit in beta. It is ENTIRELY possible that the dev's mixed them up a bit for live (in fact, I'd almost be surprised if they didn't).

He does indeed spawn, however the holocron method does not work. No other radial options are available besides Examine.

i used theholo on the ahazi server worked great only problem i have is i dont know what to do for his first quest im outside droid cave and cant get in
