i think rank should determine what xp yah get when killing enemy ships in JTL, instead of whatever it is now roughly (150xp) make it so a colonel would get 250xp per kill, atleast the rank would make it worth it, or else only high high ranking members can fly the top ships, itll make ppl use the "content" on the ground to grind fp to use a better ship

It is for delegating faction to another player. ie, if you wanted to give a friend 100 fp at the highest rank it would cost you 118 fp.
