The ability to place Bazaar's in PC cities. Pain in the a** when u want something and have to shuttle or bike to an NPC city a few km away (just being lazy lol)
Id also like to be able to decorate the outside of my house, give it a lick of paint etc. The sand color is so out of fashion now

I agree about walls, roads etc. The only reason that i know that i have entered a playercity is the fact that it is mentioned in a system message on my screen. Show me roads and walls and some wandering NPC's to make towns feel like a town.
I think it would also be good to require all merchants to be located within cities. that way there are reasons to go to the player towns.
At the moment the desert of Tattooine looks like one big urban sprawl, so it would also be good to support players who place their house in a town. let the houses within town have more room for items (i know it it not 'logical' to be able to store more items in a town house, but i think it would be a good incentive to make players want to have their house inside a town.
I am gonna stop my rant now, but i agree that it would be nice to actually have playertowns feel like REAL towns.

How about glassed in Storefronts, like a downtown shopping mall?

1. Starport for class 6 cities 120 citizens+
2. New player city only houses. Townhome type looking structures, smaller footprints more vertical.
3. Ability to decorate with some npc's roaming around to make it feel more alive. Allow us to place a rebel patrol, or an imp patrol. Garden with some NPCs who give random missions.

being able to place some creatures that can go around the city, they wont be able to get attacked though. a BE would have to make them abd the mayor would have to place them. it would be funny if u could be able to send them after ppl that u don't like the chase them out of your city

Windows on houses would be a start. Would have to be transperant from inside but nice and tinted from the outside since items don't load till you go inside for perfomance reasons.
Dual Specializations would be nice, have to have it at Master Politician and say rank 5 though.
I'd also like to be able to place some sort of apartment style building and rent out rooms, not everyone can afforda house you know!

i agree with LgEnder about the apartment buildings for players, and i also think we need the following: ability to make roads, lakes, plant trees, have a small starport, larger city radiuses, and more types of buildings, like the houses you can't go into in regular cities to add more variety instead of going through endless rows of the same types of houses. but those are just my opinions
