ok, someone just shot themselves in the foot right there.
You post a subject of not being ale to get missions higher than 1k. Yet, in your post i quoted, you mention a 6k mission.
Let alone the fact that even a new player with no profession boxes, not even novice, can pick up destroy missions that're more than 1k.
Try going out and looking around once in a while.

If you have a creature mount (or even better, a faction pet), have that out too and grouped with you. It'll boost the mission difficulty.

If your creature mount is a non-ch creature (CL-10) it may actually lower your mission difficulty. Try it grouped and ungrouped and see which works best.

But you're right about the weapon. Equip the weapon that does the most damage and that you are most skilled in using. It's based on the weapon and your level of skill wielding it.

Been doing some space loot selling but atm, i've been selling the new schematics well... Tatooine Tapestry for 500k, and Tanned Hide for 350k, and yes they are selling from a friend's vendor on Corbantis. Made 2.5million from selling them on to her.

If you are a Master Carbineer and have a good, high damagecarbine (laser carbine?) equipped, you should be able to get a mission that pays more than 6k. As only a Marksman with Rifles 4 and a decent Laser Rifle equipped I was able to get 11k missions on Dantooine. And that'swithout being a master elite combat profession like Carbineer.

this solo group nerf really affected the poor people like me,people who never bothered to money grind or take up crafting, instead even while master i hunted in a group, looking for a challenge (i and all others were unbuffed) its come back to swat me in the face thanks SOE,i always money ground only when i needed it,if i needed some food or to pay maint, now the group nerf came around and BOOM,i can barely keep the funds to pay maint (SOE PLEASE LOWER HOUSE MAINT WITH THIS NERF) so,is there any other way that can net me at least 100-150k an hour?at all?i used to do a single buff session,150k an hour with jantas (yes,i took my time) getting 450k per session and letting that hold over what i needed until next time...is there any way that wont turn me into more of an anti-grinder tat could help me with this? thanks for any help..sorry if theres already hundreds of posts like this also

Anyone who has at least a novice advanced profession (not even that, less than master marksman will suffice) can run Quenker missions from an Improved Job Market for 6k per pop, or level 32 faction missions for 8k+ per pop and finish the two lairs/camps in 10 mins flat. Ok, so it's nothing compared to 32k Janta missions in 5 seconds flat fora master melee profession, but it's a heck of a lot more than 1k per lair and extremely easy. You're still pulling 100k+ per hour, easily.

Or, if you have JTL, grab a duty mission and hit the space lanes with an empty backpack. Between the mission payouts, the looted credits, and the looted parts sold to the chassis dealer for 1k per certification level, you can haul in quite a load of cash in no time flat with no overhead whatsoever, assuming you own your ship already. No buff, no composite or ubese decaying with every hit.

There are lots of ways to make money with little effort. I started a new toon the other day, and just with tier 1 privateer missions earned 40-50k rather simply

At any rate, p!ssing and moaning about the solo "nerf" is missing the point entirely. Prices of high-end loots are already dropping, and crafted items will fall in line as well. The credit is worth more money simply because not everyone has 30 billion in their bank. Deflation of the economy may initially be painful, but it's a good thing in the long run.

Abe hit this right on the head. Everyone has been running in Solo Groups for so long they've forgotten why to group.

8 people can grab a total of 16 Janta missions and finish them all a LOT faster than 1 person could ever hope to do 16 missions running solo.

Going solo,I used to finish 25-30 Janta missions per 3 hour buff session. With 8 people, the group finishedjust over100 missions in the same 3 hours.

So, far from being upset at the Solo group "Nerf", I am VERY VERY happy with a change that allows me to quadruple my income (and loot intake) per buff session.

lol over 300 in the same 3 hours, typing too fast. and that was with a lot of the confusion and fumbling that goes with a bunch of people who were not used to working together.

i think i posted this somewhere but i'll write it all out again.. i'll just post the best ones so it'll be short

1. get an at-st, group with it, you can still pull 30k mokk/janta missions alone

2. group with someone who has an at-st.. 15k/mission is still pretty darn good

3. be master ch, group with all your pets, pretty sure this pulls at least 20k.. throw in a droid or faction pet too and you'll get the 30k's

i get roughly 100fp per mission, so it'll take maybe 10hrs work (humans) to get an at-st depending on your skills.. even 20hrs isn't too bad if you think of how great it'll be to pull 30k missions again..

As of late I haven't been fighting in a Sologroup and having been taking Hurton Huntress missions at 8k a shot out of a city with Improved Job Market. Here's my process:

- Equip weapon thatI'm not certified with

- Open Job Terminal in city with "Improved Job Market"

- Find Hurton Huntress missions at 8.3k per mission all in the same direction, since you are in an Improved Job Market City and are equipped with a low qualified weapon the missions will list anywhere from 330m-500m away

** TO MAXIMIZE XP: Call pet, STAY pet, GROUP pet

- Go to mission target one, as a TKA I can spin attack the lair easily and finish the mission in2mins top

- Go to mission target two, repeat

- Go back to terminal, /DISBAND pet, repeat from top

With the short distances to missions I can easily complete 2 missions in less then6 mins. All together thats 20 missions per hour...20 missions * 8.3k per mission = 166k per hour... and the XP at 4k per Hurton Huntress isn't bad either.
