I wish I could get my plant to be colorful and vibrant or the other top end health modes, and all I have got so far is very slow growth and excellent health is the best so far.
It's better than wilting, but I wish I knew how to make it do better

Gave you a couple of 5s on this pageto make up for it. This is your thread, after all, and it's a good one.
Recap + update on my small plant:
First day began with:
Health: Good
Growth Rate: Very Slow
Water Level: Normal
Nutrient Level: Normal
Only added nutrients to above normal. No change during the next 24 hours. Since others had luck with low moisture and nutrient conditions, I gave that a shot, and got, after about 8 hours:
Health: Good
Growth Rate: Wilted
Water Level: Dry
Nutrient Level: Low
Returned water and nutrient levels to normal/above normal, and got back to:
Health: Good
Growth Rate: Very Slow
within about 3 hours. Then I went the other way off my baseline, added water to moist, kept nutrients at above normal. 5 hours later I have:
Health: Very Good
Growth Rate: Very Slow
Water Level: Moist
Nutrient Level: Above Normal
I am now leaving it at this level for a while to see how it does.
Everyone in this thread has been a big help towards working out how to deal with this thing - it would have driven me crazy with frustration without you. So thanks! For people just starting out with the plant: Work out your baseline, make minor changes in one direction, if the results are bad, return to your baseline settings, let it stabilize, then make minor changes in the other direction. I would also suggest giving the plant a lot of time after making changes - it looks like a lot of people who saw slight movement in a good direction and then kept the plant at those moisture/nutrient conditions had their plants continue to improve.

The little bugger finally grew to a large plant. Yay
http://www.imagedump.com/index.cgi?pick=get&tp=121496&poll_id=0&warned=y
During the second stage I always kept it at moist and experimented alot with the nutrient level and thats why my plant was wilting most of the time. Then I periodically switched back to the normal/above normal level and that resulted in slow and below normal growth and it also gave the health some time to go up again. But it took me really by surprise that it grew as it was wilting most of the time.

I finally got my medium plant growing again after a few days of wilting
Health: Excellent
Growth: Very Slow
Water: Above Normal
Nutrients: Low
I had tried a number of different combos before this and the plant was wilting through all of them. I'm gradually going to try adjusting the water levels higher and the nutrients lower since I've already tried most of the settings in the middle already.

YAY!
Only thing that i cant figure out is why the Growth Rate has not changed in 3 days, i am scared to add more nutrients or water because you can see that when I first got it that Above normal levels started to kill the poor thing. Does anyone really think that a light source, like a lamp, helps it grow? I mean it would be logical but I dont see the dev's thinking that much into the growing process=) I am going to try a Lamp and see if there is any change. I have been hugging and talking to my plant everyday
Oh yes, and the water I am using is OQ:1000 DR:734 and the Flowers are OQ:727 PE:623 FL:987 DR:576, not sure if any of the qualities of the resources used make a difference either, but once I got a positive advance I just stuck with these. Overall I am happy that my plant is still alive and is in great health, even though my growth rate is VERY SLOW
I would rather it takes its time to grow than start to wilt again.
If anyone can offer me some advice as to how to help the growth rate I would appreciate it!
Good Luck all your plant growers and may you yield the fruits of your endeavor!

Hmm, should be 5 days judging from the time I last posted.
Btw, I don't have any lights placed. I do not care about the quality of my resources and I will sure as hell not talk to my plant.
We are playing SWG here afterall. Nuff said.
