Ugh I clicked on your hours of fun link by mistake when trying to get back to this browser window. *screams make it stop*
I would like to see what percentage of Dancers are actually FS grinders.

Yeah, i'd like to see how many jedi there are in relation to other professions. Why did you break it down in the sub-professions, are you trying to hide something?

OWEN-LARS!
Tigg's isn't one of your "fun monkeys"... (now, did you get a screeny of whatever you did to make her pull that face?)
Likewise, it might be interesting to see this without the FS Mastery skills (as those aren't really professions are they), and without "alts" included. i.e. Just show us stats for everyone's "main" toon. I know quite a few jedi who run Ranger alts for harvesting, which most likely skews the numbers up on those professions...
It sort of speaks volumes to me when Merchants and Politicians are more numerous than Rangers and SLs and DEs. Folks shouldn't ever want to go to an adventure planet or hunting (especially big game) without a Ranger, or engage in GCW combat with a Squad Leader to coordinate things. And Droids, well, I REALLY hope that droids still get beefed up and improved a lot. Everywhere you look in the movies and books you see droids - they're fairly iconic to the SW universe. I probably know more MDE's who've left the game at this point than those that I know of that are still around on Ahazi. ![]()
Either way - thanks for pulling this together Tiggs & everyone at SOE, this has been wanted for a LOOOOONG time by the community. And I definitely agree with my Ranger brothers (Owen & Phenix) that this should, I hope, cry out to the devs that those professions at the "LEAST POPULAR" end of the spectrum are in need of some SERIOUS work. The vicious cycle Phenix points out is definitely a reality. Lack of attention since launch means a lack of folks who try the profession and stay with it. Lack of folks in the profession apparently leads to lack of attention to fixes or improvements to the profession... and the cycle repeats.

I'm surprised the Entertainer professions are as high as they are on the list. After the beating they've been taking since the CU I would have imagined seeing them further down the list.
Perhaps they included cancelled buff bots from the Pre-CU days in their calculations![]()
Politician is the 9th most played?
There are more mayors than jedi (16th most played is the highest rank jedi prof)!!!!
