Thread: BH Armour/Blacksuns disapeared?

Been building a new character in returning to the game after a holiday - now cant find a single blacksun spawn on NE Yavin.
Has anyone had success finding the elusive Blacksuns?
One post i remember from a month ago was about the droprate was all but nearly 0 since the .1- .2. publishes of secrets of the force.

If they are out there, they must have mastered the art of ninjutsu...havent seen a single BS merc elsewhere than Endor 0.0 and that place is a no-loot spawn.

BH/Mando Armouris a longterm goal of my return to swg.
Has the droprate/spawn of Blacksuns been completely wiped out to near 0 to keep us mortals from finding a item that might possibily be able to resist lightsabers of the uber non-challenged high end jedi.(the jedi who have not been hunted regurlarly due to the bounty hunter droid bug- and are now near invincible to mortals)
Getting the Mando armour is challenge with the early/first droprate of BH armour from blacksuns pre-publish 9.
I like the jedi but would like to have the items available for Mando armour there if I am and others are up to the challenge of geting that items without a lightsaber.
sorry a mini rant there - but now i a bit lost on what to do next.

it use to be around 1 drop every 3 guys now its like 1 drop every 30 but ive met people who have killed hundreds and looted nothing. My suggestion is run janta/mokk missions and then buy some. Price depends on server and if your buying full set or individual pieces.

sorry to inform you, but mandalorian armor has NO LS resist, just browse the screenshot of those who crafted some parts.

I found them on Yavin near the northern outpost along the beach line. Try looking there perhaps

been trying to hunt down some lately also with very little luck. also the few ive found dropped nothing at all unlike a month or so ago when bh armor was dropping on a pretty constant rate when i would go out to hunt them

Do the deatwatch wraith's/ghosts/assasins that randomly spawn at 0,0 on endor ever drop bh armor?

I've run across a lot of Black Suns on Dathomir doing Nightsister hunting around the Stronghold - Crashed Escape Pod areas. There are 4 people in the group, 3 respawns. So you'll get 12 out of a fresh group. Also, typically, there are 2 spawn groups close to each other (within 128m).
All I've gotten so far is a Bounty Hunter Belt though.

The black sun/deathwatch that "spawn" at 0 0 on endor are not really spawning there at all. Thats the default spot for the mobs underground that fall through the world with no agro to go to ( ie someone drages a mob into a wall but dies before it manages to pop up from "under" the world.. it then pops up at 0 0 ( unless i totally miss my guess at the coding of the DWB..not usually wrong here but its happened) and as such will not drop BH armor but might drop DWB loot if you're lucky.

Yeah i realise thatmobswhich spawn at 0, 0 aren't meant to spawn there, didn't know they'd come direct from the deatwatch though..
