I started the Kryat Skull Quests ages ago back when it was bugged where you got the locked briefcare from the guy in corellia brought it back to Borvo and he said "good". Remember those old days? Well I couldnt get any further after that because it was bugged and he wouldnt talk to me. But after they included the Kryat quest fix with a publish it should be fixed. Instead he says I should talk to his guards. His guards say I should complete my work in corellia. The guy on corellia says I have finished his quests too. So Im stuck, what the hell do I do?

Find a Locked Briefcase, put it in your inventory and head back to Borvo , then speak again with him, that should work.

Its still broke for those of us caught in the middle. I have yet to complete and I have a spare briefcase. Can't go forward and can't go back. Need a way to reset the Borvo mission.

Go back to Borvo, open your inventory and drag the case onto him andhey presto jobs done

then you should get your gift and you can head off to the darklighter estate.

There was a bug during October and November of last year which caused Borvo to take the briefcase from you and then give you neither missions nor the rifle. People who have gotten stuck at that point seem to be basically screwed and SOE seems to have fixing the problem pretty low on their priority list (right about the level of the 'Fix Pistoleer Specials' item on their To Do list).

I feel for you - I was stuck from early October until June. There are two ways that you can get around this problem (discounting the rumors of CSRs being able to do ANYTHING about it - I filed around 10 tickets and never got more than "Its a 'known bug'...Can't help you...Yadda yadda yadda..."):

Get another "Borvo's Money". There are a couple of ways of doing this. You can keep looking on the bazaar, get someone from another server to create a character on your server and run through the missions, create your own character using one of those 14-day trials, etc. You can then take "Borvo's Money" to him and pick up there.

Get a "Tusken King's Rifle". You can do the same things for this as you can to get "Borvo's Money" with one addition. Apparently, you can getthem off of Tusken Executioners (yeah, I know, its a 200-250k HAM MOB who can hit for 8k damage through 90% Composite, but there you go). If you can get a "Tusken King's Rifle", you can skip the fat slug Borvo and go straight to Huff Darklighter's Estate.

After reading that someone else who had been stuck found "Borvo's Money" on the bazaar, I started checking it about 3 times a day. After about 3 months, I found a "Tusken King's Rifle" for sale and bought it. 20 minutes after collecting the gun, I was the proud owner of a Polished Krayt Skull.

Just hang in there.You should be able to circumvent the bugged bug fixes and get one, too.

There isn't a "data reset guy" on Naboo, nor on Corellia. The only two planetary 'reset guys' are on Dantooine and Tatooine. There are also 'reset guys' for the Imperial, Jabba, and Rebel Themeparks.

Hey will the reset guy on Tat reset the Jabba missions too? I don not want to reset the Jabba missions, I've finished the themepark and got the badge but I DO want the AT-ST pilot helmet. I screwed up when I did the quest and gave the helmet back to the NPC thinking that it was such a cool item that surely, I'd be able to keep it. Instead I was given a bowl of stew! I'm soooo bitter about this...

No, the Tatooine planetary reset NPC will do everything on Tatooine, except Jabba's. You should be able to reset the Tat quests (and get some AT-ST helmets) without affecting Jabba's.

I got stuck in the infinite borvo loop myself.

Ended up paying 400K for a polished krayt skull on the trade forums. Mission complete

I had the same problem and even had abriefcase, but it didn't work.I sent in a ticket explaining the problem and a CSR reset the quest for me. So for those of you who are stuck in this step, just send in a ticket and explain the situation and that you need a reset for this quest. CSR's definitely came through for me on this one!

The reasons the old briefcases don't work is because they changed the name of the briefcase when they fixed the quest. Its something like "briefcase full of money" now or something.

After reset, I finished the quest with no problems and now have the skull.

You can goto the data reset guys on naboo, Think they are in Moenia and reset your missions on naboo. This should let you start the Borvo quests over. You might also have to reset Corelia to get the brief case.
