Thread: TIGGS rebalance of the DWB

Tiggs,


When are we going to see a rebalance of the DWB?


I fear this will never happen. It seems that so few groups used to go there,now none at all,that we aren't getting a large enough voice now to get a rebalance. The fact is that even if we went back to normal 20 toon groups we couldn't get very far.


This content is not doable at it's current over-powered level.

Well, guess I should just change servers.


I've seen two groups of eight get donkey punch before they got the first key.

Good on them! I'm glad people are still doing it. If people with enough work and effort can do this place with its current difficulty then it doesnt need rebalancing. Everyones thats complaining about the difficulty need ot put in the same work and effort into going and learn the best way of dealing with situations.


When the bunker first came out it took me and my group on SR quite a few weekly runs before we learnt the layout, how to deal with the aggro, the best route to take etc. It seems everyone just wants to be able to group up and go through it with no problems nowadays on their first runs.

Get over your elite self. I didn't ask what everyone else thought about the difficulty level of the DWB. I posted what I thought it shoudl be. If you are happy with it then go knock yourself on in the bunker.

The first week or so the CU was live the DWB was very easy. Then they rebalanced it to what it is now. Did they (radiant team), possibly, make these 3 jetpacks early in the CU? Not to knock their ability, maybe they have done it recently, but as the DWB is now, it is near impossible. If they made a jetpack in the last week or two, much respect.




Actually that is a valid point. I retract my earlier comment made if it was done when the CU first went live and everyobdoy was running through the place.

i went down there wen spices were stackable with 300 in both defenses, pikatta pie, 6.7k health fully armoured and was killed by a normal droid in 2 shots, how is this doable? although have not been there since pub 17, but as it wasn't in the notes doubt it has been fixed!

Would that be a group of FULL TEMPLATED Jedi? Is that what this game is about now? You want to do themeparks you need a jedi but we will make becoming a jedi impossible, unless you pay us LOTS of money in monthly fees?

ahem, what i think the poster is reffering to is the latest udate
in terms of dwb. from what ive heard from a mate (i wasnt able to log for a few weeks)
is that it has now become insanely difficult.
however straight after CU the dwb was insanely easy and a jedi with a mdef template
could almost solo the whole place so crafting 3 jetpacks in that time was pretty
simple


so perhaps the dwb lvl's should be assesed as of now
straight after CU it was easy now further along its impossible, im sure all we want is balance

I was down there with 6 jedi the day after it updated, and wow. It's not quite as bad as some people say "Blah, I can't get past the first room!", but it is insane if you're not a jedi. Just watching the mdef/healer tanks going at it, their healths are bouncing all the way up and down, miss a heal by the slightest, your dead. I was a cm/rifles at the time, I came along to rez, I couldn't survive in the rooms with the BD's even if I stayed far in the back. They shoot AOE attacks that are sure to eliminate any non-tank tag alongs your party may bring.



Anyway, back to our story, it ended up in a full out retreat after the second room, we were chased outside by the DW and promptly killed.

QFE... Make it so normal toons of a group of 8 has a chance if they are well prepared, not some jedi turd group.


And another thing... How in the world are crafters supposed to survive down there?????
