Each week, Q-3PO started a thread for you to share game tips with fellow players. Tuesday Tips will continue on. Have a little known command you use all the time, a cool place to visit, a trick (non-exploit) to getting more out of the game? Share it here. To get things started:
- If you are working on the Village of Auriliaquests trying to gather the required resources, you can either try to slay the Sith Shadows OR instead, you can wheel and deal with other players doing the village quests. There are players who will be working to finish a harvesting quest during the same phase who you can trade with to acquire the resources.
Check out last week's tips ![]()

If I were to sell these resources on the bazaar, should I sell them on Dathomir or Coronet?

Ok, I'm not sure if this belongs here, but it seems like it might be "tip" related. Does anyone know what toggles single key autorepeat? For example, sometimes I hit and hold the Back Space key in my chat window and it deletes only one character. Other times I hit and hold the Back Space key and it will delete one character, and after a second continue deleting each character till I release the button or it hits the beginning of the line. Something in the game seems to toggle this behavior and I would LOVE to know what. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Unfortunately this tip only applies to 45 lucky people on each server.
The cap is just silly since it only applies to crafters. Crafters are in the minority, but can you imagine the uproar if the melee tracks were limited to 45 people each? Please, something needs to be done here.

I agree about the gate needing to be opened and i have a couple ofcomments to add reguarding TH's tip.
First, i haven't been able to find a sith shadow to kill on my own.
Second, wheeling and dealing with other players doesn't work. Most people put those on the bazaar for 5-6k each. And since we need 200 of the stinking things that comes out to 1,000,000-1,200,000. Not all crafting prfessions have that kind of money.

Well I logged in with my crafter last night in hopes that I might be able to do this quest this time. Nope, still getting the message that they already have enough help, and I should see if someone else has something for me.
With it being close to the end of the phase, I decided to send in a ticket to see if there was anything that could be done so I could do the quest before the end of the phase. Here is the response I got...
"Reguarding this issue I would like to inform you that there is a limited number of players that can participate on that quest at a time. This is an as intended game design and it is working fine. However I would like to requestyou, kindly have patience and wait for your turn and play your natural game. Your patience in this matter is greatly appreciated. I wish you all the best in Star Warsgalaxies."
Ok so... I've been waiting for my turn now for more than 2 weeks?!?!I thinkthat someone has hadtoo much of theturn, therefor I get no turn. It just doesn't seem fair. Why can't you just program in a reset if they haven't completed it in 3 or 4 days, and then everyone can have their turn.
