what does it do? can you start to load from launch pad? or does it give you an error right away?

I'm having the same problem. I will have one account loaded, and start the other, and after you click play on the launchpad, it gives the error message that you are running another instance of this program.

Very simple to fix. Open your user.cfg file in your SWG directory using wordpad. Ensure that the entire syntax is 100% correct. Then select Save As and make sure that the pull down box is selected to save it as "all files." Then re-save as User.cfg in your SWG directory. I'm almost 100% certain you've saved it as User.cfg.txt. I made the same mistake myself recently after reinstalling SWG on a new HD and was pulling my hair out for a couple days trying to figure out wth I screwed up.

Well windows likes to change it back to a text file. Best thing to do it make the file and "save as" a .cfg file from creation.

Like I said before, I didn't save it as a text file.

I didn't save it as a text file either. And it isn't obvious by looking at the icon in the folder, or even under properties. Can you at least try to save it as "all files?" I'll sleep better tonight, I promise.

.txt files are 'system' files and WILL not show by default. Just right mouse click and rename file. This will not add in the .txt
I know nothing about the JTL install and there might be a issue with it.
